Our Neapolitan style pizza is our generations old family recipe which incorporates our Lost Dutchman Golden Ale into the dough. We make our mozzarella fresh in house and use the nest San Marzano tomatoes for our pizza sauce. Our pizza is cooked in a 700 degree pizza oven in about 5 minutes and is best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Pizza will be brought to the table as soon as it is made and might come out before or after other items on your order.
